1. Contact After you complete our booking form, you will be taken to our calendar to schedule your 30-minute initial consultation. You will receive a informational email prior to your consultation to process your consultation fee & complete some pre-travel items we will need to finalize your travel plans.

4. Details While you are counting down the days to your vacation, we will be taking care of all the details! Booking your flights, hotels, transfers, tours, etc.; it will all be taken care of based on the services obtained.

2. Consultation We will talk through all your travel thoughts and ideas and gain the needed information to create your custom travel initineraries. We will confirm your accomendation style, things you like to do, travel history and other info to help us plan your perfect vacation.

5. Countdown Throughout this time before your trip, you will receive messages with details and advice specific to your intinerary: passport information, packing suggestions, trip add-ons and extras, even some fun tips related to where you are headed! All travel documents will be emailed 2-3 weeks prior to your trip. You will also have the option at this time to schedule a final call with us before your trip to go voer the details one last time. We will call ahead on your behalf to make sure all details specific to your requests are complete.

3. Planning We will craft 2-3 custom travel initineraries that include many of the details we discussed in your consultation, including travel style and preferences. We will send your custom travel initineraries along with a tentative meeting invite to discuss your options. Once you make the final decision, you will receive a link to process your travel deposit*. *This fee is based on the average trip and is subject to change depending on your travel plans. Additional fees may apply. *Not ready to pay in full? No worries at all. You can make payments until your final due date! Another advantage of working with a travel planner.
